On the 4th of February we are opening up the exhibition Systematurgy. Actions, Devices and Drawings at Arts Santa Mònica. It is a retrospective exhibition focused on the most relevant element in my career, the interactive performance and my method of creation: the Systematurgy.
This exhibition includes a selection of drawings, the most important strategy used in the creation process, a collection of devices such as dreskeletons and robots, all of them unique prototypes, and some installations, from JoAn, l’home de carn(1994) to the recent ones Metamembrana (2009) or Insultador (2014), especially created for this exhibition.
There will be also complementary activities, especially live actions. Every Friday I will present one of my performances:Epizoo, Afàsia, Protomebrana, Hipermembrana and PSEUDO and other activities with the participation of some special guests who have collaborated with me along these years.
